If you meet a technical issue, need more information or training on cluster usage, please reach out to the Research Computing team at KENET: support at kenet.or.ke . We will be happy to provide assistance/guidance as needed. If you have a problem with extreme data/compute requirements, feel free to reach out ahead of time to discuss your needs and the suitability of available facilities, data migration or other technical consideration.
